Work

Recent projects, each a different mix of services.

Some clients come to us for one thing. Others use several services at once. Here’s what that looks like in practice.

Independent benefits brokerage

  • Websites & Apps
  • Business Technology
  • Ongoing Support

An experienced broker was opening his own firm with about 150 clients and a firm start date. He needed a website, and he also needed the technology to run the business from day one.

We designed and built the website, set up Microsoft 365 and branded email, and added a business phone that rings on his laptop and mobile. We configured his laptop and software and moved him onto a business password manager. We also organized his files for 150 client accounts and set up encryption, a security baseline, and a secure way for clients to send sensitive documents.

Everything launched ahead of schedule, and we remain the firm’s technology partner.

Luxury destination brand

  • Messaging & Growth

A luxury destination brand was expanding into a new region with no name recognition, no outbound sales process, and no warm leads.

In 30 days, we repositioned the brand for corporate buyers, built its first outreach system and tested buyer personas, set up the CRM, and delivered a playbook and campaign toolkit the team could run on its own.

Websites

  • Seigel & Rouhana Legal Group

A specialty law firm serving Maryland and D.C. needed a search-friendly site that worked on any screen, along with a new logo, brand identity, and photography.

  • Phoenix Risk Advisors

A risk management consulting firm needed a simple, professional site that showed the full range of its services.

  • Step By Step Children’s Learning Center

A family-owned learning center in Baltimore County needed a clean site that made communication and registration easier.

  • Dr. Peter Johnston

An orthopedic surgeon specializing in shoulder and elbow care needed a site that promoted his expertise and made it easy for new patients to request a consultation.

Whether it’s a new website, a technology setup, or getting your systems working together, it starts with a conversation.
